Four Bedroom Floor Plans

The Avalon Series offers two 4-bedroom floor plans at LakeHaven. These include the Kendall, at 2,576 square-feet, and the Wellbourne at 2,820 square-feet. Both have gourmet chef’s kitchens overlooking the breakfast room and fireside great room. The Wellbourne also has a formal dining room and living room on the main floor. The owner’s suite and three secondary bedrooms are located on the second floor in both floor plans, along with the laundry room.

Five Bedroom Floor Plans

We have two 5-bedroom floor plans from the Avalon Series available at LakeHaven. The Springfield is a 2,639 square-feet plan, while the Richmond is slightly larger at 2,708 square-feet. They both offer spacious kitchens open to the breakfast area and great room on the first floor. The main floor of both home plans also has a formal dining room, two-story foyer, as well as a bedroom and full bath. Upstairs on the second floor is the owner’s suite along with three secondary bedrooms.

History Walk-Through at the Roswell Fire Museum

The Roswell Fire Museum is open every day from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The museum houses several historical artifacts that help tell the history of the Roswell Volunteer Fire Department. One of the artifacts you will see at the museum is a 1947 Ford American LaFrance Pumper. The museum also has a firetruck that you can explore during your visit.

Outdoor Fun at Old Mill Park

Located in Roswell, Old Mill Park is the perfect place to spend a fun-filled day outdoors. Here you can walk the trails to the waterfall created from the damming of Vickery Creek.
